Brazenly, Huo Mian walked into the kids’ room and said with a faked benign smile, “Little Bean, Pudding. It’s not me who isn’t letting you go. Your daddy is interrupting the plan… It’s not my fault.”

Huo Mian returned to her bedroom and closed the door with a slam.

Pudding didn’t reply.
“You just want to go to Japan, right? If your Uncle Su is busy and someone else takes you, do you agree?”

“Your Uncle Su… needs to do something important. But you two can go to Japan, the States… and Europe. I’ll ask for leave from your school for you.”
