Professor Lu took a seat while Qiao Fei sat across from him.
“You still don’t have any news about Yan, right?”
“No.”
Professor Lu nodded.
“Uncle Lu, do you know where Yan is? I know she’s not dead.”
Qiao Fei was afraid to hear bad news about Lu Yan from the professor.
“Don’t worry. The girl is tough and I’m sure she’s not dead. I guess… I know who took her…” with his head lowered, Professor Lu said slowly.
“Who?”
Qiao Fei stood up in excitement, eager to go to her rescue right now.
No matter who had her, even if she was in the space, he’d bring her back.
“Sit down. Fei, listen to me.”
Professor Lu gestured to him to calm down.
About ten seconds later, the professor said slowly, “I think Yan is very probably in Lin Ya’s hands.”
“Lin Ya?”
Qiao Fei thought the name sounded quite familiar; before he could put more thoughts to it, Professor Lu continued, “Lin Ya is my wife; Yan and Mian’s mother.”

Lu Yan made a secret trip to Iceland almost each year.
She even didn’t dare to enter the cave because she was afraid someone would follow her and destroy her mother’s ice coffin.
She went all the way there just to look at the cave from the distance; she regarded it as a visit to her mother.
In Lu Yan’s heart, Lin Ya was sacred; she loved her mother very much.
Even though there was no photo of Lin Ya in the whole world, Lu Yan had a sketch of her mother.
