Wei Yunchu thought that Pudding was behaving strangely; all of their conversation topics were morbid.
“Nothing, I’ve been watching too much sci-fi.”
“Come hang out at my house this weekend. My dad’s artist friend is coming over, and I want to learn from him.”
“No, thank you. I have plans with Handsome Su, we’re going to Grandpa Su’s house for dinner.”
“Okay, next time.”
“Okay.”
Seeing that it was almost time, Wei Yunchu quietly got up and returned to his classroom.
Watching the clouds in a daze, Pudding asked, “Mom, should I keep trusting you? Is that really you?”
