Leila smiled contemptuously.
“Scumbag, I don’t want to waste my breath on you. I’ll beat you senseless and then go rescue my sister.”
Lu Yan valued her time and never wasted it on meaningless people and things.
She had tons of experience in hand-to-hand combat in the past years. The people she had killed could cover the ground of a city.
So, she didn’t realize that she might lose this time. If she had known the woman’s identity, she’d not be so careless.
“Come on. I’ll fight you with one hand.”
Angered by Leila’s words, Lu Yan leapt over and swung her fist at Leila’s head.
The punch was forceful.
Leila responded swiftly and ducked the strike. Lu Yan had thought Leila was bluffing when she said she’d use only one hand, but after several rounds, she found Leila kept her word.
She went all out but after one minute of fighting, she couldn’t inflict any damage on her opponent.
Lu Yan’s self-esteem was hurt. She went all out, hoping to end the battle swiftly and then get her sister out, but the more she fought, the tougher she found her opponent was.
After fighting for five minutes, neither of them could get the upper hand.
What scared her even more was that while she kept attacking, her opponent had been on the defense, which meant her opponent hadn’t shown her true abilities yet while Lu Yan had done her best.
Obviously, Leila fought with ease while Lu Yan was using her full strength.
After another punch missed its target, Lu Yan spun in midair and landed with a grim face.
“Impossible… How did she manage that?”
Lu Yan felt the woman moved against natural rules.
She felt something wasn’t right but couldn’t name it.
“What? You’re tired already? You can’t go on?” Leila smirked.
Spurred by her taunting, Lu Yan charged at her again.

But no matter how fast or vicious her moves were, she just couldn’t touch her opponent.
Their subordinates watched the battle tensely.
Lu Yan’s men began to worry about their boss.
“The boss isn’t herself today.”
“No. I feel there’s something wrong with that woman.”
“But I feel our boss isn’t fighting as well as usual. She’s not herself. This is weird.”
“That woman moves so fast. I couldn’t see how she dodged, leaving our boss hitting the air.”
They were right; Lu Yan was exhausted.
Another round later, she began to pant slightly.
“What? Are you done playing? If you are, then it’s my turn.”
Leila began to attack and the look in her eyes distracted Lu Yan.
To be honest, Lu Yan had to tell herself repeatedly that she wasn’t fighting with her sister but a woman resembling her sister.
But Leila showed no mercy on Lu Yan.
Her punches and kicks were extremely fast and forceful.
After a few rounds, Lu Yan began to slow down in her dodges because the woman’s speed went beyond human limits.
The intervals between two attacks lasted less than two seconds.
If not for her vast battling experience, Lu Yan would have lost long ago.
