Huo Mian touched her round belly.
“You’ll be a good mother. This boy… is lucky to have you as his mother.”
Mrs. Su reached out her hand and touched Huo Mian’s belly gently.
As they chatted happily, Zeng Rou stood in the hall not far from them and heard every word of the conversation while sipping champagne. A tiny earbud was stuck in her ear which was almost invisible if one didn’t look carefully.
Yeah, she had planted a bug on Huo Mian when they talked.
The device as small as an ant hid in Huo Mian’s hair; Huo Mian was totally oblivious of its existence.
“Lu Yan, will you come?” Zeng Rou smiled meaningfully.
The commander felt that watching Huo Mian to acquire the professor’s information was too slow; if possible, they would try to catch Lu Yan this time.
