“Go on…” Su Yu looked down with his hand on his chin.

“She started dating Qin Chu when they were in high school, and when Qin Chu went to study abroad, she found another boyfriend. Simply put, she’s not that great… I heard she was going to get married to her university boyfriend but when Qin Chu came back, she immediately broke up with him to pretend she was single in front of Qin Chu. At the hospital, she was able to use some methods to attract attention from the director so she could continuously get promoted. She also was the one to transfer to South Side Recuperation Centre. There she met you when you were injured. Everyone knows that South Side Recuperation Centre is a spot where rich people go for recovery. Everyone knows she was being calculative. She made you fall madly in love with her. When Qin Chu was away, she became closer to you. However, when Qin Chu came back, she immediately drove you out of her life. I also heard she has unsevered romantic ties with Huo Siqian. Although they aren’t biologically related, they are still siblings and family. Yu, you’re too involved and cannot see the big picture. I don’t get why you love such a calculative woman.”

“What else?” Su Yu quietly looked up at Shen Mingxi and asked.

Shen Mingxi was slightly astonished by Su Yu’s calm reaction. He paused for a second and then said, “Huo Siqian captured Yanyan’s daughter the other day and demanded to see Huo Mian. We went to beg her to go and see him but she refused and scoffed at us. Don’t forget that when her twins were captured, Yanyan risked her life to save her. She’s not treating people genuinely and with integrity. During important times, it’s clear that she’s not that great.”

“Did she go in the end?” Su Yu asked.

“Yeah she did but she didn’t want to. She said that this was the last time she’d help us.”

“Okay.” Su Yu nodded.

Yu, that’s why…” Before Shen Mingxi finished his sentence, Su Yu punched him in the face with great force.

Shen Mingxi immediately fell from the sofa with blood running out his nose. Su Yu was furious.

“Yu…” Shen Mingxi was unaware of what had just happened.

You don’t know why I punched you, right?” Su Yu asked calmly.

Shen Mingxi didn’t respond. Su Yu knelt down and suddenly pulled Shen Mingxi up by the collar.

Then he punched Shen Mingxi’s face again. This powerful punch smashed Shen Mingxi to the floor.

Shen Mingxi felt his head swinging.

“Mr. Su, what’s the matter?” Everyone who was chatting around and enjoying the girls all put down their drinks and came over to stop the fight.

“Get the f*ck out of my face or don’t blame me for being merciless!” Su Yu yelled furiously.

His shout drove off everyone in the private room.

Su Yu pulled over a chair and sat in front of Shen Mingxi, who was still on the floor.

“Does it hurt?” Su Yu asked, gazing at Shen Mingxi with an icy, condescending look. It had been quite some time since Shen Mingxi saw Su Yu this angry – Shen Mingxi was actually a bit scared.
