Ever since Lu Jinnian had rejected her, Qiao Anxia had not spoken to him. She couldn’t help frowning when she saw him leave Cheng Yang’s car. “Why are you here?”
Qiao Anhao instinctively lifted her head the moment she heard his name. Once she caught sight of him, she bit her lip slightly before stepping out of the car.
At that moment, Cheng Yang had already come over too. With Qiao Anxia’s license in one hand, he walked over, explaining with a warm voice, “Mr Lu’s assistant drove his car, and since he was in the city, I brought him along.”
Cheng Yang turned, looking towards Lu Jinnian. “Mr Lu, why don’t you drive my car? I’ll drive the two of them to the set.”
Ever since Qiao Anhao had stepped out, Lu Jinnian’s gaze was fixed on her, even when Cheng Yang spoke, he was still looking at her. After making sure that she was alright, he shook his head. “It’s okay, I’ll get a cab.”
